Once agreement with all the deliverables mentioned clearly, is signed, and payments are made on time, rest assured, client will get delivered what have been committed to client by us no matter what except a situation out of control of Jain Venture e.g. flood, earth quakes, false promises and non-delivery by third parties including but not limited to e.g. telecom service providers, internet service providers, third parties and agencies for server maintenance, deliveries.
We always accept orders against advance payment and never offer any services on credit basis. If client is unable to make advance payment in lumpsum, arrangements can be made in such a way by dividing the project in multiple phases that after first installment payment, client can pay us at the beginning of each phase.
We never harm our clients like others do in the industry. E.g. Many accountants or chartered accountants have practice to tattle, backbite and expose client's secrets and tax situations to tax authorities, expose client secrets to client's competitors or harm in some other ways if there is no better relationship between client and CA.
We repeat this again. We never harm our client, no matter what. Infact, We neither have intention nor time and energy to do so. We look life for positive experiences. If relationship does not work, we just let the situation go away so that client can walk away safely. We maintain a professional ethics, irrespective of relationship with client.
We expect active participation, collaboration and co-ordination from client, specially in taking decision about further course of action once any situation is being informed, if arise. We are not expected to work with clients who just throw away money and then expecting everything will work by default.

We don't accept all kind of orders. We need to earn money (profits) to grow organization but we also have more priority towards our mission than money.
We don't work for free but we work with clients who have zero budget as well. In such a case, they need to find a sponsor who will sponsor the project cost.
We work only with people who are already convinced that they have a problem, they need a solution to overcome problem and willingly explain what are the outcome they are expecting in detailed. Once we know the expected outcome in detail, only in such case we can work to achieve those outcome.
We neither have any ego that we are better than others nor we prove anyone that we are the best solution provider.
We don't make excuses that we had a serious accident or hospitalized or something else for not meeting the deadlines because we always meet project deadlines.
We don't visit client place before accepting any orders (pre-sell).
We don't do free consulting and training of any sense. If client can't explain and share requirement, they can pay us to get the requirement finalized to outsource us or to any other company.
We accept the project when client have willingness to give us credit in prominent place in app mentioning "app is developed and maintained by jainventure.in". If no credit given, no acceptance of project.
There is no chance to bargain or price negotiation with us. We always quote the best price beforehand, we can offer to client.
When there is conflict between client's interest and interest of client's employees from the application, we consider client's interest and are loyal to client instead of client's employees to make the implementation successful to achieve client's goal.
Neither we favor clients by offering our services nor our client favor us by placing order with us. It's a mutual business relationship where we offer our service for monetory consideration and our client is placing order to get a solution to their problem. If client think that they are favoring us by placing order, we recommend them to not place order.
A successful software can't be developed without the participation, collaboration and co-ordination of both the parties. We bring our skills, expertise, experience, energy, time and efforts to the table to solve the client's problem and expecting client to bring willingness to explain problem they are facing in detail, communicating expected outcome from the app, providing input on timely manner as required time to time, participation by taking quick decision for further course of action based on the choices we have, if any bottleneck or roadblock comes in between.
We are expert in developing software applications and not expert in clients business. Client is expert in his business. Once all the deliverables are accomplished, we ask client to test the application and ask for feedback. If client find any discrepencies in the application as per the agreement, we get it rectified and provide access to client.
Once access is provided to client, client will be able to work on application as usual. We also provide 3 months support to client to test the application thoroughly. In case client faces any difficulty, we provide 3 months free support to client.
If client require AMC after completing 3 months of free support, we sign AMC at reasonable price to support you.
